Anthony is a true gem. long story short, I first looked at homes in 55+ manufactured home parks with Anthony and found something nice. I was devastated when I found out I did not meet the income criteria to purchase that first home I adored. We tried several other parks, with Anthony always going above and beyond by contacting the park managers for me to see what criteria those parks had. We found a few parks that could work with me, but I could not find a home there that I would truly be comfortable with, and some that needed a lot of repair and/or updating. This went on for quite a few months, but Anthony never gave up. He filled me with encouragement that it will take as long as it takes, and when I find the right one, I will know. He truly understood my frustration and never let me fall, not once. He always spoke with a calm, confident and reassuring voice. I truly feel that to Anthony, this was not just a job, but a mission.
